As the frenzy of the Christmas shopping season descends on the Swiss Miss, Lydia Troyer, an Amish girl on rumspringa who helps Cheryl in the shop, receives a cryptic text message from an unknown phone number: I know what happened to Mark Troyer. Lydia is shaken and explains that Mark is her cousin, a teenage boy who vanished three years ago.
